Please read the following agreement, print the printer friendly version, sign, and return to Miss Kitty's Fishing Getaways.  By signing, you are agreeing that you and all of your guests staying at our facilities will agree to and abide by these terms.

Each home is privately owned and individually furnished.  Guests agree to take responsibility for treating the home with care. Please do not remove furnishings or kitchen items.  The homes are equipped with pillows, blankets, linens, towels, cookware, dishes, tvs, grills, etc.  You will need to bring your own shampoo and bath soap.  If you are unsure whether a particular item will be provided, please contact us.

Damages & Maintenance:

Guests agree to properly use and operate all furnishings, appliances, home entertainment items, BBQs, etc. during stay.  Guests will be charged for any damage or destruction of property caused by the guest, or for extra cleaning required.  Please report any problems - routine maintenance and normal wear and tear is paid for by the homeowner.

Pets are only allowed at certain homes.  Arrangements must be made and fees paid in order to bring pets.  Any guests found with an unapproved pet will be asked to leave immediately. Pets must abide by all local pet regulations and leash laws.  Any pet related damages or cleanup may be subtracted from the security deposit. 

Cancellations:

A full refund is given for cancellations made more that 14 days prior to your arrival date.  There are no refunds given for cancellations after that, however, if we are able rebook your cancelled dates, you may be offered a refund.  All cancellations are subject to a 10% fee.

Maximum Number of People:

Each home has a maximum occupancy limit.  Many of our homes are on septic systems and it is important that these are not overloaded.  Certain homes may accommodate a few more people than advertised, but this must be arranged prior to your arrival and required fees paid.  If we find that you have exceeded our maximum limits on guests, you will be asked to leave without a refund.

Check out at all houses is by 11:00 a.m. sharp to allow for cleaning before the next guests arrive.  Occasionally a late check out can be arranged, but during our busy season the rentals are usually back-to-back.  Likewise, check in is at 3:00 p.m. or later on your arrival date.

Lost Keys:

Each house comes with 2 keys.  There is a $25 fee for any lost keys.  (I hate to add this rule, but too many keys have been lost becoming a real inconvenience - please keep up with your keys!)

All guests agree to save and hold harmless the homeowners or Miss Kitty's Fishing Getaways for any loss, liability, damage, or cost that may incur during occupancy on or around the property.  All guests agree that all children MUST be accompanied by an adult on the docks, piers, or anywhere near the water at all times.
